"Contact Support" in the Canvas Course Menu

Your Canvas course menu has a "Contact Support" button that leads directly to our TEL Support Landing Page. These resources are designed to provide comprehensive support for all our Canvas users. Whether you're facing technical issues, have questions about your account, or need additional assistance, our support services are here to help.
Support Features
- Knowledge Base: Our TEL Support Landing Page houses many articles covering various topics, from technical troubleshooting to course-specific information. You can quickly search for keywords related to your questions to find relevant articles.
- Submit a Ticket: If you can't find the answers you need, you can submit a support ticket directly through our page. Our dedicated support team will typically respond within 24 hours.
- Chat Bot: You may also ask our Support ChatBot questions in the bottom right corner of the landing page to get the most relevant article suggestions based on your stated questions or certain keywords included in your message.
- This bot aims to guide you to the most relevant resources available in our Knowledge Base.
- It helps our team add more resources and frequently asked questions that may still need to be added in the future.
Upcoming Changes
As we transition fully to Canvas for the Fall 2024 semester, we are actively updating our Knowledge Base to reflect the new platform. We aim to ensure that all information is up-to-date and effective in keeping all our users aligned regarding our TEL Support Services.
