Instructor Announcements: Near the start of the course, instructors will post announcements detailing their Office Hours availability.
Course Questions: All students in courses should utilize their "Inbox" within their Canvas menu for course content questions or requesting appointments for office hours.

Please provide a minimum of 24-hour notice to instructors to schedule and request your appointment.
Video-based meetings like Google Meets are encouraged for screen-sharing capabilities but are not required.
Office Hours: You may message your instructor with questions, view office hour availability, or schedule another time to meet with them via video conference.
Response timeline: Instructors typically reply to student messages within 24 to 48 hours, please keep in mind this may be slightly longer over weekends and holidays.
