When can I expect to receive feedback on my mastery assignment?

Typically, students can expect to receive feedback within 3 - 5 business days of submitting your mastery assignment

Keep in mind, all writing assignments and typed essays must be manually review by your instructor or assigned TA's for feedback that will help on future course assignments. This means all other multiple choice quizzes and exams are automatically grade when clicking submit at the end of an assessment.

If it has been over 5 business days and you still have not received feedback in your "Grades" tab, feel free to contact our TEL Support Team at support@tel-education.org for more information. Including your course title, assignment name and the associated student email will help our team look into your situation as soon as possible.

Important Note: if you are submitting your assignment toward the end of the semester, you may see a delay in receiving a grade and feedback due to a larger volume of submissions.
