What internet browser should I use to access Canvas?
For the best experience with TEL Education courses and while navigating Canvas LMS, we recommend using Google Chrome as your primary browser. Here’s a quick guide for setting up and using Chrome to access your Canvas course(s):
Download & Install Google Chrome
If you don’t have Chrome installed on your laptop or computer, please follow these steps below:
- Go to the Google Chrome download page.
- Click Download Chrome and follow the prompts to install.
- Once installed, open Chrome by clicking on its icon.
Updating Google Chrome
Make sure you’re using the latest version of Chrome for optimal performance:
- Open Chrome.
- Click on the three dots (menu) in the top-right corner.
- Select Help > About Google Chrome. Chrome will check for updates and install them if available.
- Click Relaunch to complete the update.
