Requesting Exam Codes as an Authorized Proctor or School Administrator

Guidelines for Proctoring Exams: For School-Associated Proctors

1. Submit the Proctoring Verification Form:

  • Ensure the submission of the proctoring verification form to us or your associated school.
  • After the form has been submitted or made it to our team, request all codes by emailing support@tel-education.org.
  • Include the student's name, course title, and whether it is their midterm or final exam to receive the correct passcode.
  • All exam passcodes may be updated at random, so it is best to reach out 48 hours ahead of students exam dates to ensure you receive the correct passcode.

2. Providing Codes to Students:

  • Upon verification and adherence to exam guidelines, provide proctoring codes to students.
  • If your school offers in-person proctoring, distribute codes directly to students at the time of the exam.

For Schools/Students without (In-Person) Exam Arrangements:

  • Since many of our students are independent learners or may not be associated with a physical institution, please note that these students must utilize our 24-hour online proctoring service through Monitor EDU.

Important Note:

  • In instances of in-person proctoring, video footage will not be available in case of any technology or network issues.
  • It is recommended that in-person proctors record the exam scores upon submission to ensure score verification.

Thank you for your commitment to upholding your student's exam integrity. Should further clarification or assistance be required, please do not hesitate to reach out to our dedicated support team.
