TEL Education’s Instructional Services Team
The TEL Instructional Services Team supports faculty, staff, and students with online learning by assisting with course policies, navigation, and academic-related questions.
What Does the Instructional Services Team Help With?
The Instructional Services Team can assist students with:
Communicating with instructors when needed
Helping students understand course policies and academic expectations
Reviewing Honorlock exam footage when concerns are reported
Communicating with students regarding issues related to assignments or exams
Reviewing and processing grade appeals in accordance with institutional policy
Academic Integrity with Honorlock:
As a reminder, students are expected to adhere to our Proctoring Rules and Requirements during all exams; otherwise, the exam session may be automatically flagged for further academic review. Students who may have been flagged for academic integrity concerns will be officially notified via email by our team at Instructionalservices@tel-education.org for our records. Please check the email associated with your Canvas course for more information.
All official letters regarding academic misconduct and warnings in our courses are thoroughly reviewed through our third-party proctoring service, Honorlock.
The Goals
The goal of the Instructional Services Team is to ensure fairness, academic integrity, and clear communication while supporting student success.
