How do I order my official transcript?
When you are ready to order your official transcript, you will need to contact your college credit-granting school for more information. You may also find your college or university's transcript request link in our
Knowledge Base under the section titled, “
Where can I get my official transcript?”
Please be sure to navigate to your specific university's website and follow the instructions provided. You may find additional transcript information in the "Course Wrap Up" module located towards the end of your course.
Important Note: Please be aware that TEL instructors are not involved in the transcript ordering process. As a course provider, we are unable to issue official transcripts directly to students. If you require transcripts for academic purposes, such as transferring credits to another institution, you will need to follow your credit-granting institution's official procedures for requesting transcripts.
