How to Order Your Official Transcript?

Ordering Your Official Transcript

Since TEL Education is only a course provider and not your college or university, we report all finalized grades to your school 1-2 weeks after the official course end date.

Important Note: Once a course is complete, keep in mind that TEL instructors are not involved in the transcript ordering process. Students must request transcripts through their credit-granting institution. Please select your school, or you may navigate to the "Official Transcript Information" in the Support Services section in the course introduction and Final Module for more information about ordering your transcript.

Order Notice: For courses powered by TEL Education, we do not issue student #'s or utilize ID numbers. Please leave the Student ID field blank or enter “N/A” to proceed with your transcript order. This field is not used for TEL students. To avoid delays, please make sure you enter your full legal name exactly as it appears in Canvas and select the correct semester/term for each course so the credit-granting university can process your official transcript request.
