No; you will not be penalized for missing assignment due dates. Similar to the pacing guide resources available in your course documents tab, due dates are embedded in your assignments to help guide you through your course material in a timely manner.
Finding Due Dates:
Due dates are listed under each assignment.
- You can find them by selecting the "Assignments" tab on the left-hand side of your course page.
Assignment Groupings:
You may notice that several assignments are due on the same day.
- Please note assignments are grouped into four sections throughout the course.
- These sections may not always be divided evenly among the modules; instead, they will be based on the required assignments.
- For instance, a smaller section may contain more mastery assignments, which can be more time-consuming.
Course Start and End Dates:
Refer to the Announcements for your course start and end date.
- Your school sets up due dates to help students complete all course material by the designated course end date.
- It is important to note that all assignments must be submitted to your course by your end date.
Grade Finalization: Please keep in mind that instructors are not involved in your school's transcript ordering process.
