Why is the page not loading or loading slowly?
If your TEL page is running slowly or you are seeing a spinning circle, please review the following:
- Clear your cache. (Go to computer settings, and look for the “Clear Browsing Data.”)
- Make sure you have a strong internet connection.
- Make sure you are using Google Chrome as your internet browser (Latest Version).
- Make sure you are using a computer (desktop, laptop, or Chromebook) rather than an iPad, phone, or tablet.

Important Note: It is highly recommended that you do not use an iPad, phone, or tablet when taking your TEL course as it may result in slow or unresponsive feedback.
