TEL Platform Troubleshooting Guide

If you encounter technical issues like being logged out, connectivity problems, inability to submit assignments or exams, or encountering "session has expired" messages, try the following steps:

  • Ensure a strong internet connection with a minimum speed of 2 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload (avoid using hot spots).
  • Use Google Chrome browser and ensure it's updated to the latest version.
  • Clear browser cache.
  • Try logging in from a different device/computer (note: tablets, cell phones, and iPads are not supported).

Additionally, to resolve certain issues accessing course links, please consider whitelisting the following websites:

In some cases student's school email addresses may restrict sending emails or receiving mail outside their organization, consider these options:

  • Contact your school's technical team or authorized administrator for help with your account restriction settings. 

  • In the meantime, you may utilize a separate email for communication with instructors or support. Please include all relevant student information (student email, course title, etc) when reaching out. 

  • Lastly, whitelist the following email addresses in your device or network settings to ensure you receive all course communication:

  • @tel-education.org

  • @tellibrary.zohodesk.com

  • notifications@calendly.com

Please keep in mind, all important grade information and relevant assignment announcements will be located in the notification bell in the top right corner of student's course(s).
