In order to prepare for a proctored exam, the testing environment must:
Before logging into the proctored test environment, all third-party programs and windows on the testing computer must be closed.
Students should be seated at a desk or table that is cleared of all unapproved materials (e.g., books, papers, notebooks, etc.)
Students must take the exam in the same room they scanned during the proctoring setup for the current exam.
The room must be as quiet as possible. No other person is allowed to enter the room, and sounds such as music or television are not permitted.
Use of hats, hoodies, headsets, and earplugs are not allowed.
Do not leave the room during the exam for any reason unless posted rules for the exam specifically permit you to do so.
