How do I Request a Secondary Review for Writing Assignments?

If you believe there may have been an error in the feedback provided for one of your writing assignments, you are always welcome to request a second review from your instructor. Here's how:

  1. Find Instructor Contact Information: Locate your instructor's contact details, including office hours are found on your course's Home page in the gray "Meet Your Instructor" button.

  2. Initiate Contact: Be sure to send a message from the Canvas Inbox to your instructor outlining any course questions or concerns about the feedback you have received back. Please provide specific details regarding the assignment and the aspects of feedback you would like to discuss. 

  3. Response Time: Our dedicated instructors strive to respond to student emails promptly, typically within 48 hours. However, it's important to acknowledge that this may be longer over weekends and holidays.

  4. Checking Inboxes: If you haven't received a response within the expected timeframe, we recommend following up. Should you encounter any technical hurdles hindering communication between you and your instructor, please don't hesitate to contact support@tel-education.org for further assistance.
