Why isn’t the TEL Orientation course added to my course dashboard?

The TEL Orientation course should be visible in your dashboard each semester. If you are not seeing the Orientation course among your other courses, please contact your administrator or submit a ticket with our Support Team and request it to be added to your dashboard. 


Our Support Team is available Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5 pm (CST). Please use the red Help Button located in the bottom right corner of your TEL course and click "Tickets" to send an email or "Chat" to live chat with a member from our team.
