Why am I having issues uploading my assignments?

Please review the following steps:

  1. Clear your cache. (Go to computer settings, and look for “Clear Browsing Data.”)
  2. Make sure you have a strong internet connection.
  3. Make sure you are using Google Chrome as your internet browser.
  4. When uploading the assignment, please make sure you have downloaded the assignment(s) as a PDF document before submitting. All mastery assignments need to be in PDF format in order for them to be graded.

Note: If you are submitting a document with a video link, please make sure you have read the rubric.
