What are Critical Evaluation Exercises (CEEs)?

In Critical Evaluation Exercises (CEEs), you will be given an example paragraph from an essay or project that you have been assigned in the course. This example paragraph will be a sample of another student’s work. You will be asked to evaluate this paragraph using the provided rubric as the grading criteria. Once you evaluate the sample paragraph, you will be given feedback as to why or why not an expert would evaluate the sample paragraph in the same way. You will receive participation credit for completing the CEEs in the course.
