I have completed almost all of my assignments. Why hasn’t my final grade risen?
If you navigate to your grade summary located on the home page of your course, you will find that each assignment category is weighted differently. Participation assignments (CYKs, CEEs, and discussions) are generally weighted the lowest in relation to your grade. Mastery assignments and course exams are usually weighted the highest. This means that without the completion of your mastery assignments and exams, your grade might appear lower than you expected. With the successful completion of each heavily weighted assignment, your final grade will rise in much higher increments.
