How do I write the materials section of a lab report?

The materials will include a list of tools and materials used.  List all of the exact materials and equipment used in this experiment.  It will be a numbered list, not a paragraph.  The information will include specific amounts, weights, models, etc.  The purpose of this section of the lab report is to provide other scientists with the exact materials used so others can conduct the exact same experiment to test the results.
