How do I write a conclusion for a lab report?

The purpose of this section is to write a brief summary of what you’ve learned from this experiment. The conclusion summarizes the study’s purpose and results, and it is used to persuade the audience of the work’s significance. Explain why you accepted or rejected your hypothesis using data from the experiment, and include a brief summary of the data, where necessary, to help the reader understand the results and conclusions.  Be sure to include information about how the experiment was completed, the results found, and the overall information gathered from this experiment.  Explain what have you learned about the central idea of this lab report, i.e. the theory, principle, or procedures.  Apply the information and knowledge learned from this experiment to a larger scale.  Explain what could happen if this information is taken into account in the future.
