How do I turn in an assignment with a video?

How do I turn in an assignment with a video? 

Directions to Upload a Video to Youtube: 
      Step 1: Go to Youtube.com. 
      Step 2: Click on the Video Camera Icon. 
      Step 3: Click "Upload Video". 
      Step 4: Select the video file. 
      Step 5: Add the video title, a short description, and a thumbnail image. 
      Step 6: The next slide asks if you'd like to add subtitles. 
      Step 7: Select "Unlisted" in the Visibility box.  Then, click "publish". 
      Step 8: Select "No, it's not made for kids". 
      Step 9: Scroll down to the bottom of the page.  Select "Disable Comments".  Then, de-select "How many viewers like this video". 
      Step 10: Copy the shareable Youtube video link.

After creating a Youtube video, copy and paste the shareable "unlisted" video link into a document.  Be sure to include all other parts of your mastery assignment in the same document as the video link before submitting your assignment for grading.
