Does TEL give official transcripts?
TEL does not provide official transcripts. However, if you would like to view all your past and current course progress, completion, and grades, we provide this overview in your online portal via the tab titled “Course Grade Summary,” located on the left-hand navigation panel. (See the screenshot below.) Please keep in mind that this is an example, so your overview may look different.
If you would like to receive your official transcript, please contact your credit-granting university directly for more information, or you may find your regionally accredited university's transcript request link in our Knowledge Base under the section titled, “Where can I get my official transcript?” Navigate to your credit-granting university’s Knowledge Base article, click on the link provided, and follow the instructions located on their website.
