Do I need to cite a novel?

Any and all resources utilized in an academic paper needs to be cited, especially if it’s the primary resource, secondary, or scholarly used in direct quote or paraphrase.  When in doubt, cite all resources in the Works Cited, or Reference page.  For more information about citing novels, see “How do I cite my sources?”.
