2.) Courses on Demand Purchase, Registration Process

Step 1: Review each university's course catalog and verify transfer equivalencies.

Before buying a course, verify the course equivalencies that your institution accepts. Ensure the course fits your educational goals and degree requirements, as transfer policies can vary. Complete this verification before finalizing your purchase. Use the links below to review partner information or purchase available courses. After selecting a course, add it to their cart, and Payment is due at checkout.

Step 2: Review your shopping cart and proceed to check out.

To ensure a seamless shopping experience, please add the desired course to your cart and double-check the quantity before finalizing your purchase. This avoids duplication and delays in purchasing. Thank you for your attention to detail!
Select the courses in which you would like to enroll. Check the course descriptions for details on content and requirements.

You will see a confirmation on the next page that the course has been added to your Cart.

If you want to add more courses, click the “Back to Shop” button at the bottom of the page.

To proceed, click on “View Cart” to review your selected courses and confirm that the quantities are accurate. If you are enrolling only one student in a specific course, please ensure that the quantity is set to (1). If you notice that an incorrect course has been added, simply click the “x” icon on the left side of the course listing to remove it from your cart.



Review the total amount and proceed to checkout. You have the option to "Buy with G-Pay" or select "Proceed to checkout" to enter your credit card information.

If you choose to pay G-Pay, a screen appears like this:
If you are an OLD/Returning customer and wish to continue your purchase, please select the “Proceed to checkout” option to move forward with the transaction.Click here to log in


If you are a NEW customer, please proceed to the Billing section AND add your card information. (Just scroll down a bit more to see the Billing Details section. (Enter card billing information here).

Step 3: Complete the Student's Registration Form

Important: Students must complete the registration form right after purchase or payment to finalize their enrollment. Enrollment isn't final until the registration form is submitted. 

The registration form will appear on the next page AFTER Payment: Looks like this

(The purchaser may proceed to complete this form if they have the student information available.)


Complete the form and click submit. You will see a confirmation message AFTER you hit the submit button.


NotesIf you misspelled an email address, misspelled first/last name, or entered an incorrect date of birth  AFTER completion of the form, DO NOT resubmit the form, but instead complete the Student Contact Information Change Request Form to update any incorrect information. Resubmitting the form WILL cause more issues and will create multiple accounts.

Purchaser reminder:
  • If a course is purchased on behalf of another individual, the purchaser is responsible for providing the registration link to the student to complete the registration form.
  • If you don't see email confirmations in your inbox, check your spam or junk mail folders, and mark those emails as "not spam" to ensure you receive future updates.
  • Should the browser tab be closed prematurely before registration is finalized, the purchaser may retrieve the registration link by following the steps outlined below:
    • Locate the order confirmation email titled "Your Shop with TEL Education order has been received!"
    • Select the "Please click here" link to access the formal registration portal. See example below:
    • Submit the student's legal full name information accurately, ensuring the full legal name and a valid email address are provided, without aliases or nicknames.
    • If you somehow deleted the email confirmation, reach out immediately to telindependents@tel-education.org and include the following so our team can resend it.
      • Purchaser's full name
      • Purchaser's email address
      • Course order number
